Age 47, 3 kids, Running a Business And An Awesome Transformation

Adam was hiding his body under baggy clothes, dreading summer and feeling stuck in a cycle of frustration.

He felt defeated, trapped in a body that didn’t reflect his hard work, and constantly worried about his health and appearance.

Adam told me everything he had tried:

Hitting the gym, hours on the treadmill, different weight machines, cutting out all the junk from his diet, but saw no changes in the mirror.


I told Adam –

“Look, I know it sucks. Because you’ve genuinely been working hard to lose that belly fat and gain muscle tone, and nothing’s worked.

There’s a reason for that.

You haven’t followed a clear training strategy for progressing your fitness, strength and physique.

And, a lean, healthy, defined body needs good nutrients in the right amounts, it’s not just a case of cutting back on junk food or calories.

So although you may see drops in scale weight for moving more and eating less, a body that feels and looks good needs smart, strategic training and properly fueled.

What you’ve been doing so far doesn’t build healthy habits and results for life.”


It was like a lightbulb went off.

Adam saw why all his efforts to lose belly fat and tone up had failed.

And he was eager to try something different.

  • Even his wife’s lost 2 stone (and kept it off) just by following his lead and eating the same way.

And just like everyone he’s had lots of challenges: 

  • Has 3 kids, 2 dogs, and a multiple employee business.
  • Illnesses, injuries (and a motorbike accident). 
  • Business demands taking priority. 
  • Multiple family holidays. 

But because we’ve used an achievable habit-building progress rather than the conventional ways of complete culture change…

And he was willing to apply patience and persistence, not expecting results overnight…

… He’s been able to achieve an amazing transformation:
