Why Me?
I’m Dean, and like I mentioned, I’m a former British Army Physical Trainer, certified Strength Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.
But more importantly, I’m a dad of two teenagers (and three dogs) from Glasgow, Scotland, who’s had his share of struggles.
