Hi - I'm Dean.

A former Military Physical Trainer, dad of two teenagers (and three dogs) from Glasgow, Scotland.

Despite living a physically fit life, I wasn't always in good shape. I've been skinny and fat at the same time. Suffered depression, self doubt, and serious health problems. I lost the 'genetic lottery' so don't build muscle or lose the love handles easily, and many common workout philosophies get me injured and set me back months on end. 

After working with some of the best fitness and nutrition coaches I've transformed my own health, physique, and I've helped hundreds of other men get in the best shape of their lives in their late 30s, 40s, and 50s.
