It’s a nutrition and exercise program designed to help busy dads lose fat, have more energy, and get in shape.
I’ve been working on it for more than 2 years. It includes education and guidance on how to implement better nutrition/eating and strength exercise for body transformation. But most importantly, making this stuff simple, applicable, and achievable for every-day men who are low on time.
