Hi - I'm Dean.

A former Military Physical Trainer, dad of two teenagers (and three dogs) from Glasgow, Scotland.

Despite living a physically fit life, I wasn't always in good shape. I've been skinny and fat at the same time. Suffered career (and life) changing injuries, and also chronic health conditions (you really can't out-train a bad diet). 

After working with some of the worlds best fitness and nutrition coaches, I've transformed my own health and physique, and I've helped hundreds of other men get in the best shape of their lives in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. 

I've put the most important principles you'll need to start seeing amazing progress whilst avoiding all the common mistakes made by men over 35 with kids and busy careers, that keep them stuck where the are.
