This is what David told me after we finished up a wild few days on our retreat out in Strathyre.
He'd already been working with me a short while on his body and physique goals. But he was missing something in his routine to push him right out his comfort zone and experience new levels you just can’t reach on your own.

It’s easy to stay comfortable when most of your time is taken up by kids, work, and the same old routines every week.
It's not like David isn’t the adventurous type or up for new challenges. He’s a keen cyclist and loves outdoor life. He’s just been in the same routine for so long, doing his own thing, and that makes it easy to stay within your comfort zone and not push yourself as much as you know you really could.
Thing is, he didn’t even know he needed something like this, but when he saw I was putting on a fitness retreat weekend in the outdoors for a small handful of guys, he thought ‘that’s right up my street’.

Modern society has us living fairly safe and lap-dog lives. I don’t know about you, but I believe men need a little risk, adventure, and other like-minded men around us to raise our levels and experience our absolute best.
This is my experience from 11 years in the Infantry, 2 operational tours, two years of training soldiers as an Army PTI, and 8 years as a personal trainer specialising in men's fitness.

Trek One of The Best Munro Routes Going & Summit Beinn Narnain (927m)
Beinn Narnain is one of the most fun, adventurous, Munro routes going, that’s accessible without the need for serious mountaineering skills.
There's a few routes to the summit. I'll take you up the more adventurous route, through an uphill forestry track onto a windy scenic hillside, then a rocky climb to the summit where you’ll be greatly rewarded with amazing views over Loch Long, and the surrounding ‘Arrochar Alps’.

Here’s The Deal…
Everything is included in the price. That means all food and drink for days 1, 2 and the Monday morning, all activities and accommodation. The only thing you need to worry about is getting yourself there.
Now, because this is only my second time running this experience weekend, and in a new location, I wanted to give the guys who decide to join me a discounted rate on future retreats once they’ve been running a few years consecutively.
In future, I'll likely offer up spots for around £1500.
Considering the going rate for this kinda thing is usually in the £2,000-£4,000 range, I think that's a pretty fair price.
But like I say, this one is only my second, and I want to make it as affordable as possible for you to come on board and experience this.
I've got these 5 spaces going for just £1000 and that’s with a pay plan all the way up until the 1st August 2023.

Like I said, that covers everything - The accommodation, food, and all activities.
