Before I started I was feeling pretty crap about myself. Noticed pictures with my top off a few months before and could see I had put on a bit of weight. I get a lot of questions about my coaching program, so I thought I'd answer a bunch of them here...
A: Nope. It's all delivered online, remotely. Your workouts and new eating habits are delivered to your email conveniently. Your coaching sessions with me are done via video-calls.
A: There isn't one. Diet and meal plans are restrictive so I don't believe them to be helpful or a healthy way to live. We use a process called habit building instead. Making the right changes for you, at your pace and helping you keep your new healthy habits so it all becomes second nature (and you keep your results for life).
A: The minimum you need to get started is your own body and few resistance bands. A few single dumbbells will help, too. But you can pick these up later. I'll give you guidance on where to source these after you start.
A: Yes. Whether you want to train in a fully equipped gym or at home with minimal equipment, I've got the right workouts for you.
A: This isn't about sticking to a rigid plan. It's about making progress from where you're at right now and slowly building exercise into your life. You'll be issued 3-4 workouts per week. 2 is good, 3 is better, 4 is awesome. You can start wherever is right for you.
A: There's 3 options for you every workout...
1: full workout.
2: at-home workout.
3: quick workout.
So no matter what happens, you can stay consistent and keep making progress.
