Hi - I'm Dean 


I'm a former Army Physical Trainer who, despite living like an athlete for many years, was still sporting the 'skinny-fat' physique, because I had poor nutritional knowledge and food discipline. I tried (and failed) almost every diet under the sun in a bid to get in better shape, ran myself into multiple injuries, wasting years of time making mistakes and experiencing set-backs. 


So I decided to study with the world's best nutrition and fitness coaches to discover what really works, and how to achieve sustainable change, which lead me to getting healthier, leaner, and stronger than I'd ever been, without miserable diets, strict food rules, or ruining my joints any further, and also slashing my weekly workout time from 6+ hours to just 3 hours per week, giving me more time back for family and work. 


Since then, I've helped hundreds of dads over 35 get in the best shape of their lives and feel incredible.
