I still remember my first video-call with James...
He told me his main goal was to ‘feel fitter’ as he was tired and struggled to keep up with his 2 young boys after a long weeks work.

He quickly learned this way of exercising (getting stronger and less cardio than usual) was far superior to what he'd tried before for fat loss... And that he didn't need full gym equipment to do it, either.

Anyway, we ended up a total of 30lbs lost (it looks like a lot more, but he’s certainly gained muscle he didn’t have before, too) and we lost 17.5 inches all-round.
But losing weight or gaining muscle was never the important part. His main goal was to feel fitter. To be a better Dad, more active with his 2 boys at weekends, and get himself back in shape to feel more attractive for his wife.

A: There isn't one. Diet and meal plans are restrictive so I don't believe them to be helpful or a healthy way to live. We use a process called habit building instead. Making the right changes for you, at your pace and helping you keep your new healthy habits so it all becomes second nature (and you keep your results for life).
